To ensure safe service, we ask customers to present a valid identification document at their first visit.
Customers Who Cannot Receive Hair Removal Treatment
For safety reasons, treatment is generally not available for customers who fall under any of the following conditions.
① Customers currently receiving treatment for heart disease, or using a pacemaker or other circulatory medical device
② Customers with internal medical conditions such as kidney disease or liver disease
③ Customers with skin diseases (dermatitis, skin cancer, etc.), or keloid areas of the skin
④ Customers who have experienced epilepsy within the past five years
⑤ Customers with photosensitivity (porphyria)
⑥ Areas where hyaluronic acid or collagen injections, cosmetic surgery, or thread lift procedures (including gold threads) have been performed
⑦ Customers who had LASIK or other vision correction surgery within the past six months
⑧ Treatment over tattoos, tattoo stickers or the surrounding areas
⑨ Treatment on eyelids or around the eyes, ears, nose, scalp hair, mucous membrane areas, white hair or blonde hair
⑩ Customers currently undergoing treatment for an infectious disease such as herpes
⑪ Customers who currently have COVID-19 symptoms (a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.) or are under treatment
⑫ Customers who received an influenza or COVID-19 vaccination within the past week
Customers Who Require Special Caution Before Treatment
If any of the following apply, a consent form from the customer or approval from a doctor may be required.
If any of the following conditions occur during the course of treatment, please consult our salon staff.
① Skin is severely dry, sunburned, or feels hot due to sun exposure
② Areas with extremely dark skin tone, or pigmentation such as spots, bruises or moles
③ Areas with skin abnormalities such as cuts, inflammation, acne, or post-illness skin conditions
④ Customers with atopic dermatitis, keloid tendency, or light allergy
⑤ Areas with vitiligo or white patches on the skin
⑥ Customers continuously taking medication, including for diabetes
⑦ Within one week before or after vaccination, blood sampling, or intravenous drip treatment
⑧ Customers taking AGA medication, hormone injections, or hormone medication
⑨ Customers with alcohol dependence, who consumed alcohol on the day of treatment, or who are hungover
⑩ Customers who have taken over-the-counter medication on the day of treatment, or applied medication to the skin
⑪ Immediately after removing transdermal patches such as medicated patches, or after using medicated sprays

Definition of Personal Information
Personal information includes information that can identify an individual, such as name, email address, date of birth, and records associated with such information. When using the RINX app, location information may also be treated as personal information only if the user has allowed location access on their device.

Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information directly from customers, the purpose of use will be made clear. When acquiring personal information from sources other than the individual, the company will use fair and appropriate methods in compliance with applicable laws.

Purpose of Use
Personal information may be used for the following purposes only.
・To accept, continue, maintain and manage esthetic service contracts, and to process payments including credit payments
・To provide information about products and services from the company, related companies or partner companies, and to maintain contracts
・To provide and manage information related to company operations, and to improve products and services
・To search for nearby salons based on location information and provide a smoother reservation service
・To provide services related to esthetic techniques and related operations
・To contact, notify, recruit and screen job applicants
・To inform customers about products, hair removal services, sales and marketing activities, seminars, events, campaigns, newsletters and related information by email, app notification, mail, fax or phone
・To conduct statistical analysis for marketing
・To conduct surveys, monitor programs, or take photographs for checking skin condition or hair volume
・To confirm and respond to opinions, inquiries and requests regarding company services

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Personal information may be provided externally only in the following cases.
・When the customer has given consent
・When a formal legal inquiry is received from a public institution such as a court or the police
・When all or part of the company's operations are outsourced to a third party
・When business or services are transferred due to merger, business transfer or similar reasons

Joint Use of Information

Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use
If a customer requests disclosure, correction or suspension of use of their personal information, the company will verify the identity of the customer and respond appropriately. If suspension of use is requested, the company will delete part of the provided personal information and stop using it thereafter. However, the company may not be able to respond if the request does not meet legal requirements, or if a considerable period has passed since the customer's last use of the service.

Personal information is managed appropriately and carefully to prevent loss, destruction, alteration or leakage. If there is an obvious input error in the provided personal information, such as an incorrect email domain, the company may correct it within a reasonable scope.
